Yuriko is a cheerful genie girl with quite potent magical powers (there are very little limits to what she can do, but what she WILL do is another thing). She lives in a bottle, but is able to come out of it at will without the need of someone rubbing it (rubbing her bottle is more like ringing a doorbell).
She does not have any specific master other than whoever happens to be holding her bottle at the time. While a lot of genies seem to have a "3 wish rule", she grants unlimited wishes so long as the person making the wishes has her bottle in their possession. She cannot have more than one master at a time. Whenever she has a new master she tries to form a friendship/bond with them. She does have the ability to deny a wish however (she is not actually bound to servitude of whoever has her bottle, it is just something she likes to do).
She is generally of a happy and cheerful demeanor and though she can act a bit ditzy, she is not stupid but just clueless of many things that humans do. A sort of bimbo but more of innocence and ignorance and nothing to do with low intelligence. She tends be very kind and generous which is why she doesn't put a limit to how many wishes her master can ask for.
When she is not in her bottle or granting wishes, she likes to walk about with humans and blend in with them. Humanity fascinates her so she likes to try and learn more about them as much as she can of the strange world she knows so little about.

I originally made this character for the Pokecchi Project, but outside of that I have decided to make some tweaks to her backstory and personality. So this is the general version of this character.
At some point I will have to commission someone to design her genie form for me, but I will decide that at a later time.

While I do not have her genie form designed yet, I'm thinking the look I came up with for her in the Pokecchi Project will be what she looks like when she wants to blend in with humans. The differences between her human and genie forms will probably just be a wardrobe change (and also the ability to turn her legs into a "genie tail", naturally).
